How do I track my order?
Once you're logged in, go to My Orders to see every order and its status. As a guest, use the Track Order page with your order number and the email you checked out with.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money — all through Paystack's secure checkout.
Do you offer pickup instead of delivery?
Yes — at checkout, choose Pickup and select a pickup location instead of a delivery address.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your zone and are shown at checkout before you pay — typically 1–2 days for Accra, longer for other regions.
Can I cancel or return an order?
Contact us as soon as possible after placing an order if you need to cancel. For returns or issues with a delivered item, reach out via the Contact page with your order number.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes — all payments are processed directly by Paystack. We never see or store your card or mobile money details.
